Service Level Options

You Tell Us How to Allocate Resources

Whether you are a client who engages us through a retainer-based relationship to reduce long-term costs, or one that prefers to call us on an occasional basis with no ongoing relationship, you can have us work on individual projects using one of two service level options.

Full Service

Within this service level, we assign three experienced people to work on your project.  A project coordinator writes copy, lays out your assets, and generally coordinates things.  A project consultant acts as an advocate to ensure the right message is conveyed and all questions are answered and checks for compliance with the minutiae of all RFP requirements.  A project copy editor reads the final draft for spelling and grammar.

This service level is ideal for highly complicated projects or those involving efforts to reel in a particularly attractive client or retain a really big one you already have.  Use of this more costly service level places more responsibility related to quality assurance and document compliance on us, so that you do not have to read for spelling or grammar or verify documents comply with the nuances of an RFP's requirements.

Hourly

Within this service level, we assign one experienced person to work on your project -- in this case an experienced project coordinator, and you are billed an hourly rate based on an estimated range of hours required to complete the project.

This service level is ideal for projects considered more simple or involving less customization. Use of this less costly service level places more responsibility related to quality assurance and document compliance on you, so that you retain primary responsibility for reading drafts for spelling and grammar while verifying documents comply with the nuances of the RFP's requirements.
